A 42 year old man killed his ex-partner of 41 in this Saturday morning in a house near Villa del Carmen (Peach). The victim died at the scene after being injured with a knife, reported the departmental headquarters. It happened at kilometer 237 of route 14.
Despite his attempts to commit suicide, the femicide was found by the police in a nearby place, with a firearm shot in his head; he was treated and transferred to a medical center, where is stopped.
There was a complaint for domestic violenceand the man had had restrictive measures that were no longer in force, he knew The Observer with research sources.
In addition, a man who tried to avoid the crime is hospitalized after the aggressor shot him with a prickly pear, they told The Observer from the Ministry of the Interior.
In the house where the incident occurred –close to 7:00 am–, the police seized an adapted firearm and a knife. It happened in a rural property, on the border with the populated area of that locality.
