Corinthians rehabilitated in this year’s edition of Libertadores Female, played in Argentina, after the frustrating 1-1 draw at the debut, with independent Ecuador Dragonas. This Sunday (5), the Brabas ran over Bolivia’s Always Ready 11-0 at Nuevo Francisco Urbano Stadium in Morón.
Despite the large score, this is not the greatest rout in the history of the tournament. In 2021, Corinthians himself made 16-0 at El Nacional, Ecuador. Coincidentally, in the same stadium as this Sunday’s game.
The alvinegras, who seek the sixth continental title, went to four points and provisionally lead Group A.
