Officials of the Canino Patrol Unit of the Maracaibo Municipality (Polimacaibo) made the arrest of Harold Gerardo Ramírez Oliveros, known as the Harold, who went viral on social networks, specifically on Tik Tok, for publishing a video in which he would have incurred the crime of incitement to hatred.
According to local media, in the audiovisual Ramírez presumably threatened repeatedly to the inhabitants of his sector, stating belonging to the band of criminals called Train del Norte.
The police were activated after receiving a call from a citizen, who warned about the situation. Immediately, the security body moved to the direction provided in the San Jacinto urbanization, sector 04, Calle 2, Casa 14, where they located the individual and proceeded to stop him.
Ramírez was transferred to the Police Coordination Center, located in the Vereda del Lago Park, where he was available to the Public Ministry.
