The conventional PPD Felipe Harboe conferred a particular share of responsibility in the constituent success or failure on the Socialist Collective, whose conventional, more aligned with the positions of the Broad Front, have given their support to an agreement in the Political System Commission that can generate ” a problem of institutional instability”.

Although he maintained that he does not hold the Socialist Party responsible, Harboe highlighted “the role that the PS has played in political stability during the last 40 years, having at least two presidents of the Republic who come from its ranks”, for which ” It is striking that progress is being made in a text that can generate a problem of institutional instability.
