Less than two months before the exit plebiscite set for next September 4, and where the citizens will choose whether or not to approve the proposal for a new Constitution erected from the Constitutional Convention, the positions regarding the electoral process continue.
During the past week, the National Board of the DC agreed that the position of the community will be for the Approval, but this did not stop various members of the party -in any case- from lining up with the Rejection and the right-wing proposal to formulate a new Magna Carta.

Given this, the president of the phalanx, Felipe Delpin, stated that “some men and women believe that they have to get together with the right to be able to enter a tiny kitchen and, among a few, be able to write a new Constitution.”
“Those are the ones who call for a Rejection vote. The right along with others,” he said.
“We hope that, all together, with the citizens, with all of Chile, with the original peoples, with the diversities, we can approve September 4 and advance this new Constitution,” he added.
“That is why we call to approve, but we call to build this Chile that has changed, different, that is built with everyone, just as this proposed Constitution that we are going to approve has been built, without a doubt,” he said.
