The Federal Police (PF) ordered this Tuesday (24) the opening of an investigation to investigate the case of the release of R$4.2 billion in parliamentary amendments. The calculation is TV Brasil.
In August, Federal Supreme Court (STF) minister Flávio Dino had suspended these amendments due to a lack of transparency regarding the authors and the destination of the resources, but at the beginning of this month, he released payments as long as they followed the rules of transparency.
The PSOL party filed a request to suspend the amendments in the STF, alleging that part of this money was sent to Alagoas, the state of the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira (PP-AL).
Yesterday (23), Flávio Dino suspended payment of the amendments and also ordered the opening of an investigation by the Federal Police.
