Representatives of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) announced agreements with public servant entities linked to the General Position Plan of the Executive Branch (PGPE) and Related Plans and Health and Work Pensions (PST), which represent around 345 thousand active and inactive public servants.

The agreements, which provide for career restructuring and salary adjustments of 9% in January 2025 and 5% in April 2026, were signed on Monday afternoon (17), and also cover endemic disease agents and employees of the National Department Audit Committee of the Unified Health System (Denasus).

With the proposals accepted, the federal government reported having reached 16 agreements signed with entities representing public servants, negotiated at specific and temporary negotiation tables.
