The government of the Federal District (GDF) is paying, since Friday (25), the DF Social benefit of R$ 150 to 51,520 families with income per capita up to half a minimum wage, registered in the Cadastro Único. Created in December, the benefit aims to strengthen vulnerable families directly affected by the economic effects of the covid-19 pandemic.
According to the GDF, even beneficiaries who missed the deadline to withdraw the card can receive the benefit by pix, via the BRB Mobile application.
To apply for inclusion in the Social DF, the interested party must be registered in the Cadastro Único, have a family income per capita monthly salary equal to or less than half a minimum wage, be a BRB account holder and live in the Federal District.
“Families who, for some reason, missed the deadline to withdraw their DF Social card need not worry. As of Friday (25), the beneficiary can make bank transactions via Pix through the BRB Mobile app, pay slips or withdraw money at any BRB Conveniência station.
Also according to the GDF, those who missed the deadline can withdraw their card at BRB branches from March 3. To find out when and where to retrieve the document, the beneficiary must access the site of GDF Social and appear at the bank branch on the scheduled date, carrying a photo ID.
