Tiziana Polesel, vice president of Fedecámaraswarned that 2025 began “worryingly slow”, as reported by the most important sectors in the country. He stressed that the “almost paralysis” of the construction industry continues and having trade as the thermometer to qualify the start of the year.
“If there is that slowness in Caracas, it must be worse in other cities in the country,” he added.
In an interview in Radio Unionwarned that there is an intermittence in the supply of Gasoil, generating great anguish in the livestock and farmer, in addition to the systematic increase in the fees of the water supply with greater intermittency in the service.
Polesel indicated that entrepreneurs ask for meters to pay the right in terms of water, since this affects the costs, however, the response of the entities has been negative.
He also assured that in the regions news is denounced with respect to the “fiscal voracity”, referring to the disproportionate increase of aspects that does not contemplate the law and calling mayors to review these matters.
He explained that many ventures have closed after 3 or 4 years, giving standardized responses about the large amount of requirements to formalize and how taxes would take all their profits, in addition to the lack of credits.
