Among them is the PNP Colonel Edson Cerrón, Vladimir Cerrón’s countrymanwho had the second highest score in the 1990 class.
Peru21 verified the record Reniec of both and confirmed that they were born in the district and province of Chupaca, in Junín.
“The man (Vladimir) is from Chupaca. The whole family is from that province. “If he (Edson) is from there, obviously yes (they are related),” an Intelligence officer told this newspaper.
