The national athlete Fátima Amarilla did not run on the second day of the International Qualifying Festival held on Sunday morning at the National Sports Secretariat (SND).
His coach made this recommendation due to the gusts of wind that prevailed during the day. Because it was a 400-meter hurdle race, the wind could slow down the athletes’ race and could cause falls that ended in injuries.
Likewise, Amarilla is already classified for the XII South American Games Asunción 2022 (Odesur Games) to be held in our country between October 1 and 15.
