The 3rd Court of Control of Caracas decreed deprivation of liberty against Ysrrael Antonio Pérez Ortega (31), for his alleged responsibility in the sexual violence against his 10-year-old daughter, the Public Ministry reported.
This incident was detected on November 15 in the La Dolorita neighborhood, Petare, Sucre municipality, Miranda state. During the night of the aforementioned date, the victim confessed to her mother that when she went to visit her father’s home, he arrived drunk and kissed her, undressed her and forced her to have sexual relations on two occasions. . After what happened, the father threatened to hit his daughter if she told anyone.
After the confession, both the mother and the girl reported the incident to the Cicpc-El Llanito.
