Father and son drown in a river in Samaipata

Two people drowned in a river in the municipality of Samaipata, around 3:30 p.m. this Sunday.

Police fire rescue personnel and rescuers from the municipality arrived at the scene to search for the bodies.

Oscar Morales Moscoso, 35 years old, and his son, a teenager, between 16 and 17 years old, named Jhon Morales Soliz, drowned when They were fishing in the Las Petacas curve sectorkm 55, at the height known as landslide.

The complaint, made by the minor’s grandfatherreports that the deceased had gone fishing and were surprised in the river where they lost their lives.

The work to rescue the bodies will be carried out on Monday the 29th, because the arrival of rescuers from the Government is expected.
