The tickets were sold electronically and it was in four fractions. 2 in Montevideo, one in Treinta y Tres and another in Flores. In total, they took about US$ 100,000 each, said the national director of Lottery and Quinielas, Ricardo Berois to The Observer.
The sale of the entire ticket was made in more than 7,000 sales points, it cost $14,000 and was sold in 10 $1,400 bills, according to what Berois had commented to The Observer. You could buy the whole ticket or by tenths.
