The message has been replicated on social media; when searching for the phrase “Farewell, President,” at least three new accounts with that name appear.
They disseminate actions carried out by López Obrador during his administration.
In sync, from the Iztapalapa plaza, although the main objective of the Brugada event was to reiterate the commitments made to the capital’s citizens, the virtual head of government-elect devoted part of her speech to highlighting the work of López Obrador.
“From here we say: goodbye, President; thank you President (López Obrador),” he said into the microphone, followed by the traditional chorus “It is an honor to be with Obrador.”
