FANB neutraliza 35 aeronaves asociadas al narcotráfico en lo que va de año

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) so far in 2023, has disabled 35 aircraft linked to the crime of drug trafficking in the country. This was reported by the head of the FANB Strategic Operational Command (CEOFANB), G / J Domingo Hernández Lárez, through his social networks.

“The FANB air resources, once the corresponding procedure was completed, ‘immobilized’ the aircraft declared Hostile, at the coordinates 09° 08′ 48″N / 072° 21′ 30″W (SL-10), that it is a white Superking-type twin-engine aircraft, with a blue stripe and no visible registration, making this disablement number 35 in 2023 and 358 since 2012,” he stressed.

He explained that the procedure was carried out when they were executing the territorial system defense plan and through the radars, they detected the presence of the aircraft.

He indicated that the report was confirmed by the Rapid Reaction Unit (Urra), which was patrolling the sector.
