FANB dismantled the Tancol camp in Bolívar

Members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, FANB, dismantled a camp of the group Armed Terrorists Drug Traffickers of ColombiaTancol, in the Bolívar state.

The information was released by the Operational Strategic Commander of the FANB (Ceofanb), Domingo Hernández Lárez, through his account on the social network Twitter.

«FANB intervenes in the TANCOL camp in Bolívar state. Venezuela is a territory of peace. The establishment of any armed structure foreign invader in our territory! public”. And he added that the FANB “will exercise the military defense and legal intervention of the occupiers.”

FANB does not stop fight against Tancol

Similarly, Hernández Lárez reported that through Operation Roraima 2022 the FANB intervenes illegal structures of military organized crime in the Guayana region. He added that these groups operate in protected areas and Forest Reserves, violating all kinds of laws and devastating nature.

In this regard, the Ceofanb commander highlighted that the dismantled illegal structures of the Tancol group, located in gallery forests, were engaged in drug trafficking and illegal mining.

“In the state of Bolívar, #FANB dismantles the structures of the TANCOL group who were occupying positions in gallery forests, in illicit activities of drug trafficking and illegal mining,” he said.

In another message, Hernández Lárez showed through a video, detonators and materials used by the criminal group to manufacture explosives, located in the camp.

These military actions respond to the instruction given by President Nicolás Maduro who declared the year 2022 a free year for Tancol. On that occasion, he ordered the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) to free all the border areas of the country from these gangs.

“All the Tancol, whatever they are called, wherever they are, are enemies of the Constitution, the FANB and the peace of the Republic and must be fought in the territory with all the military force of our country,” he said in this regard. the First Mandatory.

More actions against drug trafficking

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces continue their deployment to guarantee the independence and sovereignty of the Nation and ensure the integrity of the geographical space through military defense.

This is how Hernández Lárez recalled the FANB, who explained that we will not accept another type of armed organization in our territory. They will be disarticulated and dismantled.

In this sense, in the last few hours, FANB members carried out new drug seizure procedures in the states of Trujillo, Táchira and Anzoátegui.

In this regard, the operational strategic commander of the FANB (Ceofanb), specified that in Trujillo state they arrested a citizen who was trying to circumvent a Citizen Service Point (PAC) with more than a kilogram of cocaine.

Likewise, in the state of Táchira, the FANB captured another citizen with possession of more than 700 grams of cocaine cots when trying to go through the PAC to enter the national territory.

On the other hand, in the state of Anzoátegui, Hernández Lárez reported that three citizens were apprehended for micro-trafficking of drugs and illegal possession of weapons.

In this regard, the Commander ratified that “Venezuela is in the fight against the trafficking of narcotic and psychotropic substances.”
