Rapid Reaction Units (URRA) of Delta Amacuro, of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) located and destroyed in the Caño Maraya sector of the Ventuari River, in the state of Amazonas, a hidden boat with material used to carry out mining illegal by ecocidal invaders.
The information was released by the head of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Ceofanb), Domingo Hernández Lárez, through his account on the social network Twitter. In a message, he detailed the procedure patrolling by the URRA Delta Amacuro, through which they found and seized a series of materials used by irregular groups to commit ecocide.
“URRA Delta Amacuro on fluvial patrol in the Caño Maraya sector of the Ventuari River, Yapacana parish, Atabapo municipality (03°59′ 21” N – 066°57′ 09″ W) sighted a hidden boat in the undergrowth with the following material of criminal interest, which was destroyed ”, published the Chief of Ceofanb along with the list of unused logistical elements.
“The FANB, committed to our national government and to our mission of safeguarding the integrity of the sovereign homeland, will scrutinize every corner of our homeland, will expel the ecocidal invaders and will destroy all vestiges of presence in areas prohibited by the State,” he emphasized in the message posted on the social network.
Material seized and destroyed
According to what was reported by Hernández Lárez, in the procedure carried out in the Yapacana parish of the Atabapo municipality, the URRA Delta Amacuro seized and destroyed the following material of criminal interest:
1) Four (04) 6.5 KVA power plants, Forte brand, Serial AP168FB-211001389.
2) Two (02) Pamphlets alluding to Irregular groups (ELN).
3) One (01) Starling brand satellite internet equipment.
4) Four (04) Plastic Drums containing 700 Lts of Fuel (Gasoline).
5) One (01) 40 HP outboard motor, Yamaha brand, serial number 1099603.
6) Two (02) Baofeng brand portable radios, with their respective charger.
7) One (01) campaign equipment with accessories.
8) One (01) Canteen with trimmings.
9) One (01) Aluminum Boat, Slider type, white with Blue stripes, Acronyms, PT: 3052N61288 of Twelve (12) Feet.
10) One (01) cutlass-type stab weapon with its sheath.
11) One (01) Cell phone with Colombian line.
12) Two (02) Yaesu brand base radios, model FT-818, Serial 9L100496.
13) Other logistics materials.
FANB committed to safeguarding the homeland
Likewise, the Chief of the Ceofanb confirmed that the FANB is “committed to our national government and to our mission of safeguarding the integrity of the sovereign homeland.”
In this sense, “it will scrutinize every corner of our homeland, it will expel the ecocidal invaders and it will destroy all vestiges of presence in an area prohibited by the State,” he added.
For Hernández Lárez, protecting the environment is everyone’s task, for which he reiterated that the FANB will remain deployed in the Bolívar and Amazon.
“The environmental Protection It is the task of all Venezuelans, it is a duty and a constitutional right necessary for the preservation of life on the planet. #FANB remains deployed in the operationalization of the security and defense plans in the border axis of the Bolívar and Amazonas states”, he emphasized.
The Chief of Ceofanb has reiterated that “all criminal machinery and structures present in national parks will be destroyed, which, disrespecting territorial ordering, break into nature and ecosystems.”
