The military located 4 radio transmitters, 2 radio chargers, 15 homemade explosive charges, 3 9 mm pistols, among others.
Military agents destroyed a camp built by irregular groups on the Venezuela-Colombia border.
Details of the procedure were aired on the Telegram account of General in Chief Domingo Hernández Lárez, who is in charge of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Ceofanb).
The construction and maintenance of the camp is attributed to ”Tancol irregular groups (Armed Terrorists, Colombian Drug Traffickers)”, said Hernández Lárez, who explained that said structure was located in the Caño Negro sector, Jesús María Semprún municipality (Casigua-El Cubo), Zulia, a few steps from Colombian territory.
Inside the camp, the military located 4 radio transmitters, 2 radio chargers, 15 homemade explosive charges, 3 9 mm pistols, 36 camouflaged ponchos, 1 field uniform and 3 leg-breaker mines.
”Venezuela will not be a platform for drug trafficking, Fanb permanently fights against the scourge of drugs,” Hernández Lárez wrote at the end of the report.
