Fanb and AN reviewed the legal axis of the Ayacucho Plan

Padrino López: sovereignty cannot exist without freedom

The Minister of Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, reported this Wednesday that he held a meeting with Deputy Giuseppe Alessandrello, in order to review the Legal Axis of the Ayacucho Plan within the framework of the legislative agenda for the year 2026.

Padrino López highlighted that “the laws are not static, since they obey the dynamics of the social, technological and economic realities of each era.”

“We hope to generate the instruments that allow us greater functional consistency of the Fanb,” the minister wrote on his Telegram channel.

The publication is accompanied by a video, where Padrino López is seen accompanied by the Military High Command, debating ideas with the deputy and president of the Permanent Commission on Security and Defense of the National Assembly, Giuseppe Alessandrello.

It should be noted that the Ayacucho Plan consists of a strategic roadmap for the comprehensive transformation of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) with a projection to 2030. Its importance lies in the modernization of the operational, technical and doctrinal structure of the institution, seeking to strengthen the defense of sovereignty and consolidate the civic-military-police union as a guarantee of stability and peace in the national territory.
