Likewise, the FAN reported that, in the state of Barinas, it located 30 “cattle that had been stolen by rustlers, and returned them to their rightful owners.”
In November, the military organization also announced the recovery of cattle in Bolívar state and attributed the theft to the criminal organization The 3Rs.
