This arrest was made during an operation of the Western Integral Defense Strategic Region (Redi), said the head of the Operational Strategic Command of the National Armed Forces (Ceofan), General in Chief Domingo Hernandez Larez.
The military also pointed out that the FAN arrested “a gang of 16 subjects” who stole 700 kilos of copper from the Siderírgica del Orinoco (Sidor) in Guayana.
