“I do not know if the father is innocent or guilty, the civil authorities will take care of that, what I do know is that the procedure they have carried out is not in accordance with the Political Constitution of Nicaragua,” said the religious on condition of anonymity. .

Regarding the accusation presented by the Prosecutor’s Office, the priest affirmed that there are a series of contradictions in time and form. «The family accuses the father that he supposedly went out and came with the girl, but this family, everyone in Boaco knows that the lady —mother of the alleged victim— They don’t even have a name as Catholics».
“They want to make believe that Father Leonardo —Urbina— was highly trusted by the family. That is why all this manipulated procedure is what makes us think that there is something substantive here and also that a legal procedure is not being looked at, »he pointed out.
