Police officers managed to confiscate fake clothing, which was marketed in the city of Huancavelica.
Currently, the specialized area of the Huancavelica Police Region is conducting the investigations.
FAKE CLOTHES IN HUANCAVELICA STORE
It was after 10:30 am when the police personnel, belonging to the Fiscal Police Area, were patrolling on foot near Celestino Manchego Muñoz avenue.
It is during this patrol that they observe that, inside a commercial store, they were storing different sports clothing with brands, logos and emblems of recognized companies such as “Nike” and “Adidas”.
In order to verify the authenticity of the clothes, the policemen interviewed the owner in order to corroborate the originality of the clothing.

During the intervention, the police officers came to verify that the sports garments do not have the corresponding characteristics of originality, as well as, the owner does not have the necessary permits for the commercialization of these registered trademarks or the tickets that certify the pre-existence of these estate.
Given this, the uniformed officers proceeded to seize, label and seal the merchandise found in the commercial store, reaching a total of 18 units, which, valued in the legal market, reaches the sum of 3 thousand 150 soles.
Likewise, the police proceeded to arrest Iraida CSA (22), for being immersed in the alleged crime against Intellectual Property, in its modality of unauthorized use or sale of an industrial design or model.
The female was transferred to the police unit for investigations.
