Ender López, 44 years old, was arrested by officers of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC) for the crimes of usurpation of dental functions, in the La Aduana sector, El Carmen parish, Simón Bolívar municipality, Barcelona, Anzoátegui state.
“Ender was engaged in dental work, cleaning and tooth extractions, in a clandestine facility that he himself created, knowing that this man did not have university studies that accredit him as a professional and the place did not have any hygiene,” says the police report.
The text adds that with these actions the false dentist obtained economic benefits, while putting at risk the health of the people who attended the place.
During the police procedure, two dental impressions, six dental forceps, cotton tweezers, three elevators, two curettes, three anesthesia carpules, mouth mirrors, a dental fanny pack, an instrument box, three endodontic files, a micromotor, eight orthodontic modules, four tartrectomes, four mixing and carving spatulas, scissors, needles, syringes, turbines, explorers, dental spoons, resins, adhesives and a celluloid strip were recovered as evidence of the case.
This case was brought to the attention of the Flagrancy Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Criminal Judicial District of Anzoátegui state.
Fraudster arrested.
In another procedure, Isabel Vivas (35) was arrested by a police commission of the Cicpc, attached to the Barquisimeto Municipal Delegation, Lara state.
She was wanted for the crime of aggravated fraud, which was verified through the Police Investigation and Information System (Siipol), which resulted in a request by the First Court of First Instance of Trial of the state of Bolívar. She was placed at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office.
