Fair online opens registrations to employ more than 8 thousand young people

Candidates talk about the difficulties of the second day of the Enem exams

On September 23 and 24, more than 20 companies will be available during the 2025 Employability Fair to offer more than 8,000 jobs for young Brazilians from 18 to 29 years. Registrations can be made by website from 15h to 19h. People registered at 4 Employability Fair will receive email notifications and WhatsApp on the days before the event.

This year, one of the highlights of the program is the trail Inspiration. On the 23rd, at 15h, the registered people will be able to follow a presentation of the financial educator, businesswoman and communicator Nath Finance with the lecture ways track to make me educator and entrepreneur in the world of finance. L’Oréal Brasil’s HR director Anne Jacobson will also make a presentation.

The program also includes aspiring guidance for a job or internship vacancy on how to behave in selection processes, how to build and improve a profile on LinkedIn, problem solving, personal brand creation and how to plan career paths.

Recruiters of all participating companies participate in the fair will present the vacancies in their companies, explaining career opportunities, as well as being available to schedule interviews with participants on the event platform.

According to Nestlé Brasil’s vice president of Human Resources, Martha Uribe, the employment fair aims to strengthen Brazilian youth with training and employment opportunities.

“Gathering the companies that make up the covenant by young people in a single event is a valuable chance for those who are starting or want to advance in the job market. This year we invest even more in the content grid to deliver a complete experience,” he said.

Nestlé is the leading company of the Covenant for Youth and the Racial Equity Movement (MOVER), one of 100 companies that propose to work together to accelerate the employability of young Brazilians and support development and the generation of job opportunities at the most different levels. MOVER is a coalition dedicated to promoting racial equity, education and combating racism.

According to the organization, in 2024, the employability fair impacted more than 78,000 entries with vacancies and professional training.
