In addition to the sanctions for inmates, the law, in accordance with numeral three of article 123, second paragraph, also establishes “officials, officers or penitentiary agents who allow, by action or omission, the violation of these prohibitions, will be sanctioned in accordance with the parameters established by the Public Service Law”.
