Estrada Tena, who collaborated in the presentations of the ministers José de Jesús Gudiño Pelayo, Genaro Góngora Pimentel and Arturo Zaldívar, led the team that drafted the first reform to the Judiciary of 2021 – during the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador – and obtained the Inter-American Award for Good Practices for Women’s Leadership.

The fact that the entire staff of judges is being renewed will contribute to this total reconstruction of the Judiciary, but it has to be accompanied by important work by the administrative body and the Judicial Disciplinary Court so that it is truly cleaned, not only to the degree of judges and magistrates, but at all levels, since corruption is deeply rooted and has to be a public policy of cleanliness.
