Brazil, Canada, China, Chile, Germany, Mexico, Hong Kong, Colombia and Japan were among the top 10 destination countries for this article of Peruvian origin. Some of the new destinations, and those recovered in the eight months, were Portugal, Finland, Jamaica, Poland, Denmark and Ireland.
In the period of analysis, the most important exporting companies of cotton t-shirts were Textiles Camones SA, Topy Top SA, Precotex SAC, Confecciones Textimax SA, Garment Industries SAC and Industrias Nettalco SA
According to figures from the ADEX Data Trade Intelligence System, with 50.9% participation, the most important item was other cotton t-shirts for men or women, with US$123.5, registering a slight contraction of 1.9%.
This was followed by cotton t-shirts for men or women dyed in a single color (US$99.6 million), accumulating 41% of the total, the other cotton t-shirts for boys or girls (US$8.4 million), t-shirts cotton t-shirts for men or women woven with yarns of different colors with striped motifs (US$5.9 million) and cotton t-shirts for boys or girls dyed in a single color (US$4.9 million), among others.
