Expocruz opened its doors this Friday with the hope of breaking the records of the previous year, said the president of this fair, Raúl Strauss, who pointed out that the holding of this event shows that Santa Cruz and Bolivia “are not giving up in the face of the crisis.”

“We have 32 delegations (from countries) here and that is good because they still see that this multi-sector fair is large, one of the few in South America, and That is the challenge we have as people from Santa Cruz. And as Bolivians we open the doors for business meetings to take place here, for us to form alliances, to cross borders and do business with all the countries of South America,” said Strauss.

The Expocruz manager added that during the 10 days of the fair, they are looking to register the visit of more than 450,000 people and they intend to generate a economic movement exceeding $200 million to break the records of the previous administration.

“We hope to exceed the 90% satisfaction rate and we hope to consolidate 70,000 jobs, which are the two main challenges of this fair. We invite the entire population of Santa Cruz and Bolivia to take advantage of this fair that belongs to all families. This fair offers many productive, agricultural and business opportunities,” he said.

He also stated that seeks to offer job opportunities, alliances and a better future for Santa Cruz and Bolivia, with the realization of Expocruz 2024.

For his part, the president of Fexpocruz, José Luis Farah, said he was proud to share with International delegations in version 48 of the fair and thanked the entrepreneurs for the trust they place in this event.

“This is a fair that bears witness to the productive, hard-working and hospitable spirit of our people, because despite the adverse circumstances, our department and Bolivia are still committed to development. In addition, have 32 international delegations It is a source of pride for all of us,” he emphasized.
