Starting this April 21, the Panama Convention Center (PCC), in Amador, will open its doors to the Expo Vivienda CAPAC 2022, a fair event that will have a wide range of homes for all budgets.
Demetrio Arosemena, president of the fair’s organizing committee, said that CAPAC brings exhibitors dedicated to the sale of houses and apartments in the metropolitan area, east, north and west Panama, a housing offer that ranges from social interest housing to the high-cost ones, for all budgets.
“Countryside and beach projects, as well as others located in cities and towns such as David, Boquete, Penonomé, Chitré, among others, will be sold for nine days,” said Arosemena.
The organizers confirmed that the event will have a virtual extension of five days through the platform www.feriascapac.com.
Arosemena announced that those who wish to attend the fair will have the ease of transportation, since the organization will offer, in partnership with MiBus, free transportation from Plaza 5 de Mayo to the PCC and added that there will be free parking available in the vicinity of the Center. of Conventions.
He stressed that an international campaign will be carried out through social networks with the aim of attracting the interest of people who wish to acquire properties in Panama from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, Republic Dominican and Venezuela.
The inauguration will take place at 3:00 pm. on April 21 at the PCC and will be broadcast through the social networks @feriascapac. The schedule of the event in face-to-face mode at PCC will be Thursday, April 21 and Friday, April 22 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm The general cost of admission is $2.00 and $1.00 for retirees and children.
The virtual fair concept will be available 24 hours a day, for seven (5) days from April 25 to 29, with bank executives and exhibitors operating hours from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
