The Chamber of Commerce and Production of La Vega announced the celebration of the twenty-sixth edition of Real Vega Expo in person for the first time after the coronavirus pandemicwith a special dedication to the tourist potential of the province.
The fair will take place from September 1 to 4 at the La Vega Country Club, under the slogan La Vega “Live the experience in the Capital of Ecotourism”with the aim of highlighting the importance of sustainable development in the area and its contributions to this productive sector, as well as the various cultural offerings that the municipalities of Jarabacoa, Constanza and Jima comprise.
Irlonca Tavarezpresident of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of La Vega, announced the participation of the Minister of Tourism, David Colladoat the opening ceremony, in the Tabaré event hall.

Tavárez also reported that as part of the content of the activity, panels and conferences will be held with a focus on provincial development through trade, as well as workshops, competitions and activities for the entire family.
Paola Estevezpresident of Expo Vega Real 2022, announced the provision of a digital model that promotes commercial offers of the fair, facilitating the participation of various audiences and expanding the projection of local businesses.
The fair will have organizational logistics, managed by the Chamber, to guarantee a safe environment, after two years of virtual activities due to the covid-19 pandemic. In addition, alliances will be incorporated with expert companies in the management of eco-friendly events to maintain a space free of waste.
During the activity, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and Production of La Vega, the businesswoman and president of the SID Group, Ligia Bonetti, spoke about the challenges that both the industry and the country have had to face to overcome the ravages of the crisis sanitary.
