Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir 2023 opens, more than 200 projects will be offered

This Thursday, January 26, more than 100 promoters gathered in Panama
Convention Center in Amador to offer the public around 250 residential and commercial projects through the Acobir 2023 Real Estate Expo, a fair that will run until January 29.

With the motto “Your Home is your world” opened its doors to the public, this fair event organized by the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR), which will offer a complete portfolio of real estate properties throughout the national territory.

The 250 projects of houses, apartments,
offices, commercial premises, are distributed in different parts of the country and include beach and mountain projects.

“Acobir Real Estate Expo marks a milestone in the country’s real estate and investment history, being a regional benchmark, which year after year achieves the participation of national and international buyers, which is why this year we plan to reach more than 100 million dollars in bank approvals, which represents an important contribution to reactivating the country’s economy and our sector,” said Francisco Cheng, president of the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters.

This new edition of the fair has interesting innovations, all designed for the needs of the market and customers. One of these innovations is The Special Collection, an exclusive area where you can find luxury projects, which

Isla Sostenible, a dedicated area for projects that incorporate into their designs

To complement the visitor experience we have meeting rooms or

comfortably the proposals of the different promoters, as well as the banks.

Rogelio Enrique Paredes Robles, Minister of Housing and Territorial Planning, said that “the National Government, through Miviot, has been a facilitator of the real estate sector, allowing the development of urban projects that improve the housing conditions of families. With the Solidarity Housing Fund we have helped 5,875 families in 2022 for their first home, with an investment of 58 million balboas, while the private sector invested 352 million.

Bank, Scotiabank, Banco General, Banistmo, Banco Davivienda, Bac Panama, Banco
Nacional, Banesco, Multibank and Banco Aliado.
