The reggaeton Colombian Blessdwhose real name is Stiven Mesa Londoñoface a criminal complaint filed before the Prosecutor’s Office by Iván Andrés Galindo Navia, manager of the urban artist Pirlo. According to the story given to the authorities, the events would have occurred in May 2024, after the recording of the music video Wya Remix Black and Yellow in Medellín, where Anuel AA, J Abdiel and Izak also participated. The accusation includes simple kidnapping charges, personal injury, death and torture threats.

According to the complaint, after filming, Pirlo, his team and his representative were summoned to a property of Blessd in the high sector of Las Palmas, in the Los Montes parcel. There they would have been received by the singer’s head of security, his manager “tell me Jara” and several hooded men. The meeting, according to the victims, became an illegal retention under accusations of theft of jewels and watches belonging to Blessd.
The complainants say that during the time they were retained they were forced to deliver their cell phones and passwords, in addition to undergoing blood tests. They also pointed out that they were beaten, naked and threatened with mutilations if they did not confess an alleged theft. Pirlo’s manager declared that the retention lasted about an hour and a half, after which they were released under warning of not talking about what happened.
The Specialized Prosecutor’s Office of the Gaula in Medellín assumed the investigation and has already practiced several proceedings, including medical-legal valuations and interviews with those affected. The case, led by prosecutor Gustavo Adolfo Vanegas, is in the investigation stage and so far has not set an imputation hearing against the singer. The authorities evaluate the evidence to determine if they are enough to move towards a formal process.
For its part, Blessd’s legal team has categorically rejected accusations. His lawyer, Luis Ángel López, said that they have not been notified of any imputation and that the facts reported “do not correspond to reality.” He also stressed that the versions of the complainants have had important changes over time, which, in their criteria, questions the veracity of the story.
While the investigation progresses, the case has generated great stir in the entertainment world and among the followers of Blessd, one of the most successful urban artists in Colombia in recent years. Public opinion remains divided between those who defend their innocence and those who demand that justice clarify the facts denounced. The outcome of this judicial process could impact not only the image of the singer, but also the course of his artistic career.
