An explosion shook at 2:19 this Christmas Eve the corner of Benito Blanco and Masini, in the Pocitos neighborhood, causing one person to be seriously injured.
A water heater exploded in an apartment located on the fifth floor of the building at Benito Blanco 1053, according to what they told The Observer the security and assistance forces that worked on the event.
