Pomier caves
The most recent of the decrees issued by President Luis Abinader related to designations, is Decree 457-25 that modified the integration of the Presidential Commission of the Pomier Caves, resulting in the following way: a president, appointed by Decree; the Ministries of the Environment and Natural Resources: of culture; and tourism; the Dominican Hydroelectric Generation Company (EGEHID) and four members designated by Decree.
In this designation, Samir Rizek Sued was appointed as president of the Commission and as executive director Sonia Alejandra Perozo Barinas.
While the four members designated by decree are Manuel Antonio García Arévalo, Santiago Adolfo Camarena Torres, Pavel Giordano García Matos and Domingo Alfonso Abreu Collado.
