Executive Branch orders extradition of two Dominicans to the United States

Santo Domingo.- The Executive Branch ordered the extradition of Dominicans Isaías Ulloa Peralta and José Heriberto Vinicio de Jesús to the United States.

These provisions are contained in decrees 472-24 and 473-24 dated August 23, 2024.

By Decree 472-24, Ulloa Peralta is ordered to be extradited to the United States to answer for the charges brought before the Court of First Instance of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, municipal part of Bayamón, for illegal sale and possession of firearms.

Meanwhile, Decree 473-24 provides for the extradition of Vinicio de Jesús to be presented before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona to answer charges related to drug trafficking.
