The Executive power appointed José Carlos Aguado Ñavincopa as a new member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi).
By means of the Supreme Resolution No. 176-2021-PCM, published this Saturday, December 11, the appointment of Aguado Ñavincopa in the entity was made official for a period of 5 years.
The new member of the Board of Directors of the Indecopi replaces in office Veronica Violeta Rojas Montes, who had been designated in 2020 to complete the 5-year period.
Aguado Ñavincopa was president of the Council of Notaries, an organ of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Minjusdh), in 2018.
It should be noted that the resolution was published in the Legal Norms bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano and bears the signature of the president Pedro Castillo and the head of the Ministerial Cabinet, Mirtha Vasquez.
