It extends its international coalition. The Movadef, the political arm of the Shining Path, through its leader in Bolivia, the Peruvian Álex Chaman, agreed in Caracas, Venezuela, between January 9 and 11 of this year, an alliance with Chavista groupings of that country and the foreign that support the dictatorial regime of Nicolás Maduro.
Peru21 has revealed that since 2018, the Movadef, through shaman, has an alliance with the Political Party Movement to Socialism (MAS) of Bolivia, through its close relations with the Confederation of Rural Teachers of Bolivia.
In May of that year, Chaman – who fled to Bolivia in the 90s after having attacked a police patrolman with war in the district of Surquillo, in Lima, Peru – made an international forum with the participation of representatives of that Teaching guild and fenatep – which at that time was called CONARE – of the coup Pedro Castillo.
In that event, the teacher Freddy Mamani Laura participated, who in 2020 was elected deputy for the MAS and became president of the Chamber of Deputies.
Since that date, an alliance between shaman, Fenatep, the rural teachers of Bolivia, the MAS, and now, after the January meeting, the Chavista organizations of Venezuela have joined.
