The head of the Movement Toward Socialism (MAS) Evo Morales confirmed this Friday that the militancy of his party and several related sectors will march from Caracollo to La Paz to “defend” President Luis Arce from what they consider to be attempts to destabilize the Government.
“We decided yesterday that on the 23rd of this month there will be a march from Caracollo to La Paz to support and demonstrate that we are defending democracy and defending comrade Lucho (Luis Arce) and we will be in La Paz on November 29” , said the former president at a press conference in Cochabamba.
Morales met yesterday in a massive rally with his militancy and the President, in Shinahota, to define the measures designed to “defend” the Arce government.

“That is why we have declared a state of emergency and permanent mobilization. We are going to defend democracy and our democratic and cultural revolution,” said the former president.
At the conference, the leader of the coca growers stated that “the coup plotters do not accept that they have been defeated,” which is why it was decided with the rank and file to declare a state of emergency.
During his speech, Morales read various titles of media reports in which, according to him, the “right” called for a break with the democratic and constitutional regime.
