A 16-point document was approved by the evistas gathered in Lauca Ñ. The one that stands out the most is the last section that determines a march towards La Paz, although it does not define the date of that walk. The attendees also rejected the rulings that ignore Evo Morales’ mandate in the MAS and the loss of the acronym by judicial decision.

“D.we finish the organization of a great national mobilization in the city of La Paz to demand the freedom of our brothers and sisters unjustly detained by the regime of Luis Arce Catacora and David Choquehuanca Céspedes,” states the last point of the resolutions issued.

Morales had summoned his leaders to a national meeting this Friday after the failure of the blockade and the hunger strike which he started together with other leaders. Taking advantage of the fall, curiously, the sentences of two self-prorogations of the Plurinational Constitutional Court (TCP) appeared, ordering the recognition of the arcist congress of the MAS in El Alto.

“ANDThe El Alto congress was not convened by the president of the MAS-IPSP, it was not requested by our accredited political delegate and that congress was not chaired by the president of the MAS-IPSP and the presidium was not held by the president of the MAS-IPSP Consequently, these acts are insurmountable and They cannot be validated by constitutional protection actions and even less obeyed by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal,” points out point 14 of the document.

The first three points of the resolution recognize the leadership of Evo Morales and They ratify him as the only presidential candidate for the MASalthough it does not indicate how they are going to move forward when there is the ruling of the two self-extended candidates that also prohibited any candidate from running for a third term, which leaves Morales out of the race.

According to data from the masistas, there are 121 people detained for the blockade that began in mid-October and ask for the freedom of all of them, despite the fact that they are accused of terrorism and are detained in five prisons in La Paz.

Evo Morales said that a meeting with the unity pact and his general staff of the people will define the date of the mobilization at the headquarters of government.
