This party currently appears in the website of the Registry of Political Organizations (ROP) of the National Elections Jury (JNE) as “in the process of registration”, that is, he is being evaluated so that he can participate in the primary elections of political organizations and later, in the 2026 Elections.

Pedro Castillo could run for Congress
As a former president, Pedro Castillo cannot run for president againsince according to article 112 of the Constitution, immediate re-election is prohibited. He could only do so if at least one full constitutional period has passed since the end of his government, which is equivalent to 5 years.
In this context, the only path left for the former president is to aim for a seat in the Congress of the Republic. Although he is currently serving a double preventive detention, this is not a legal figure that prevents him from doing so, since he has not yet been sentenced in the first instance. Nor does he have any type of disqualification from Congress, as is the case for Martín Vizcarra, who was initially banned from office by the Legislature for 10 years and the Judiciary ratified it for 5 years.
This is how the political party ‘Everything with the People’ was created
Pedro Castillo had already announced in February of this year his intention to create a political party. From the Barbadillo prison, the former president wrote a letter by hand where he revealed the name of the new political party, arguing that the people asked him to lead “the construction of a political instrument” to protect the interests of Peruvians. In his words, he stated: “From my unjust captivity I assume the historical responsibility, for which I announce the birth of the political party Todo con el pueblo.”
In the same letter, he appointed Nicolás Bustamante Coronado as national coordinator and called on the population to join through forms, although so far they have not been able to register.
