'Everything everywhere at the same time', the big winner of the Oscars 2023

“Everything Everywhere All at Once”, by directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, fulfilled the forecasts and won this Sunday the Oscar for best film at the 95th edition of the Hollywood Academy Awards, against the other favorite, “The Fabelmans”

“There is no other movie with a better cast than this. The Oscar is for all of us,” said the film’s producer, Jonathan Wang, when collecting the award.

The film directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert received eleven Oscar nominations and had already triumphed at the Hollywood Producers Guild Awards (PGA Awards), at the Directors Guild Awards (DGA), at the Screen Actors Guild of America (SAG), at the Critics Choice and at the Spirit.

This fantasy adventure about a familiar superhero (Michelle Yeoh) who tries to save the world by traveling through parallel universes captivated much of the public this year and got the $25 million invested by the A24 studio for their production were more than profitable, by invoicing almost 110 million.
