“We are experiencing a moment of enormous institutional gravity, added to the issue of co-participation and the Council of the Magistracy, and the decision of the President to send the impeachment trial is one of the tools that the Executive Branch has and that the Constitution establishes to investigate and determine responsibilities”, said Gaillard, president of the Impeachment Committee.
