Mariana González has requested on several occasions a faith of life from her husband Rafael Tudares Bracho to “verify her true situation, integrity and state of health, through a personal visit”
Mariana González, daughter of Edmundo González Urrutia, claimed on Thursday the immediate freedom of her husband, Rafael Túbares Bracho, after completing 100 days since her arbitrary and subsequent detention forced disappearance.
“Every day without Rafael is a heavy and hard burden, but in the middle of the dark, his memory shines in me like a light that has guided me (…) in a way, all relatives of victims of forced disappearance and arbitrary arrests carry the weight of a cross, of uncertainty and pain, but also the hope that truth and freedom will prevail,” said González in A statement Posted in social networks.
On January 7, Rafael Túbares was intercepted and arrested by hooded subjects when he was with his wife and children. Since then, their relatives have not been able to see or specify their detention site.

It was pointed out by the authorities to be linked to an alleged conspiracy orchestrated by the former presidential excandidate Enrique Márquez, also under arrest, and indicated of alleged positions of complicity in the use of violent acts against the Republic, usurpation of functions, fornjection of documents, legitimation of capital, ignorance to the institutions of the State, instigation of the disobedience of the laws and association for the law.
«We cannot allow silence and absence to consume us. We demand justice, dignity, truth and that those who, such as Rafael, have not yet appeared appear alive, ”said Edmundo González’s daughter. In addition, he asked to continue “fighting together” with faith and memory as “tools to achieve true justice and freedom.”
