Evaluation Committee publishes lists of candidates for Citizen Power

Starting on October 28, the 13 deputies who are members of the committee will begin the process of evaluating the candidates, in person, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Nomination Evaluation Committee of the Citizen Power of the National Assembly published this Saturday the lists of candidates for the positions of Public Defender, Prosecutor and Comptroller General of the Republic.

Starting next Monday, October 28, at the facilities of the Bolivian Museum, for five days, the 13 deputies who are members of the committee will begin the evaluation process of the candidates for Citizen Power, in person, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Once the Nominations Committee evaluates the candidates, it will be the plenary session of the National Assembly that will designate the new members of the Citizen Power.

The renewal of the positions of the Venezuelan Citizen Power is in accordance with the provisions of article 279 of the Constitution of the Republic, in accordance with article 23 of the Organic Law of the Citizen Power.

As you will remember, the Committee for the Evaluation of Applications to Citizen Power is chaired by the deputy Giuseppe Alessandrello, in the vice presidency the deputy José Gregorio Correa and is made up of José Óscar Villarroel García, María Gabriela Vega, Desiré Santos Amaral, Gloria Mercedes Castillo De Durán, Nicia Maldonado, Ginkellys Vanessa Gutiérrez, Nancy Ascencio, Fernando Bastidas Calderón, Carolina García Carreño, Alfonso Campos Jessurún, and Timoteo Zambrano.
