Euclides Acevedo affirms that he will prioritize the defense of the environment, sovereignty and women's rights

Euclides Acevedo, presidential candidate, participated in a political rally in Alto Paraná. He said that his government program will be made together with the people.

“Here they tell me what I have to do, there is no better government program and I want to start with security; which should be the disciplined and well-paid presence of the police on the street, to defend the worker and the student. And during my government, the police and the Armed Forces under my charge will fulfill their responsibility and the criminals will go to jail”.

Another point that the candidate for president highlighted was the deforestation and channeling of wetlands, mentioned by a local.

“I have nothing against foreigners, my thinking is international, but I am a defender of sovereignty, that is why it is important to extol our identity, our Guarani language and to comply with the law,” he commented.

Euclides also spoke about his plan for interns and the first job, he stressed that the public official will not be persecuted but will be vindicated with training and new functions.

Closing the conversation, he explained that instead of the first lady’s office, during her government, there will be an office for single mothers and protection for abused women.
