The Ethics Commission of Congress will see today, from 5:00 pm, the qualification report on the file against the congressman Hector Ventura (Popular Force), for allegedly having physically and verbally assaulted PNP non-commissioned officer Santos Ramírez Cabanillas.
The facts were denounced by the police force itself on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at the San Andrés police station, Cercado de Lima. Petty Officer Ramírez Cabanillas said that Congressman Ventura kicked him while he yelled at him: “We are in war”.
