ETECSA announces Internet interruptions for this weekend

MIAMI, United States. — The Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) announced interruptions in Internet service for the next few days.

The state monopoly indicated in a release that the affectations will occur “as part of the tasks planned to guarantee the availability of services.”

The note indicates that maintenance in the telecommunications networks will be carried out “during the next few days” and adds that “while these technical actions are being carried out, it may be perceived that the operation of the services will be affected, so the work will be carried out at times of less voice and data traffic”.
