Estancia auctioned for US$ 1 million achieves the highest collection in the history of Senabico

Senabico auctioned off a property located in Bella Vista Norte for the sum of about US$1.1 million. From the entity they affirm that it is the largest collection to date in the fight against Organized Crime.

The property had the name “Brillante” and was seized on October 7, 2015 by the former fiscal agent, Marcelo Pecci, before the Sentencing Court composed of judges Carlos Hermosilla, Wilfrido Peralta and Sandra Farías.

The information was revealed by the institution through its social networks, which in total auctioned 24 vehicles and two buildings, with a total collection of US$ 1,274,000 for the Paraguayan State.

According to what was indicated by the state entity, the stay was registered in the name of the National Secretariat for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets (Senabico) by order of the execution judge, Rosalía González, in the year 2021.

It is noteworthy that the auctioned property belonged to Marcelino Colmán, a member of the Fahd Yamil clan, sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2015 for trafficking 390 kilos of cocaine.
